My Nutrition Plan

I have finally found the balance I need! 

The key for me was finding a way to plan and track my nutritional intake PLUS my fitness goals.

I plan my meals weekly and stick to the plan.  It's really that simple. 

I track my fitness goals AND the nutritional recommondations are automatically updated.  Therefore calorie intake depends on fitness AND weight loss goals.  I KNOW I am eating enough and the evidence is that I've lost 27 lb since Jan 4th consistently since joining SparkPeople.
